The Place Hotel is proud to announce and welcome Neil Morris our new Head Chef.

It is with Neil's arrival that our fabulous Bistro Style menu will be available to our residents and the public, by approxiamtely the end of May 2008.

Neil is in the midst of creating a menu full of flavour using fresh ingredients from locally sourced suppliers.

We have now also finalised our extensive wine list, with the promise of something to suit any palette.

In the meantime, The Place offers a great selection of Bar Snacks including soup and panini.
